Your carpet should not be shaken or beaten, it should be vacuumed with the brushless heads of the vacuum cleaner. If there are coffee tables, armchairs, etc. items placed on your carpet, their places should be changed from time to time to prevent them from leaving marks, and the areas in contact should be vacuumed with the brushless heads of the vacuum cleaner. If something spills on your carpet, you should act very quickly.
